Opal is on one of my favorite stones. I visited the Coober Pedy mine in Australia many years ago and I totally fell in love. Over the years the price has absolutely skyrocketed. The Australian opal is in the front of this necklace and up around the neck I used the Ethiopian opals. I have added the best stones I have in my tool box which include, Sugilite from South Africa, Gaspeite from Australia, Spiny Oyster Shell from the Sea of Cortez, Tanzanite from Tanzania, Ruby from India, Peridot from Pakistan, phosphosiderite from Chile, Ancient Coral from Tibet, Turquoise from the USA and Thai silver. Approximately 16 inches with 2 inches of extender chain.
