Amethyst Silver Stretch Bracelet

I have a customer who bought this bracelet for her anxiety disorder and said it had helped her tremendously! Amethyst is known to help with anxiety and sleep. I recently started having some anxiety issues so when a took a recent vacation which included a 12 hour flight  I made myself one of these amethyst bracelets. I am not sure if it was the bracelet of the benzos but I wasn’t anxious or scared at all!!!! Amethyst and Hill tribe silver.
